Abstract

This article in broad strokes analyzes and in its fundamental aspects the transformations of world-wide Capitalism happened from the landslide of the State of the Well-being and the form since the same have affected the planning and praxis of the public policies, as it occurs in the case of the present paper of the State in the regulation of the public education.
