Funciones de costos internos y externos en un modelo estratégico de transporte de carga
Abstract
Se revisan las funciones de costos internos y externos,con fines de modelación estratégica del transporte
de carga. Se estudian el costo interno del tiempo, el
costo interno de operación y cinco componentes del
costo externo: costo externo de la congestión, costo
externo de los accidentes, costos de la polución del
aire, costo del cambio climático y costo externo de
la infraestructura, a partir de estos se deriva la función
de costo marginal total. Se encuentra que es posible
estimar de forma empírica los parámetros de las
funciones aplicables al transporte de carga
interregional en Colombia en los modos de transporte
carretero, ferroviario y fluvial, y con ellos estudiar
los costos marginales sobre una red estratégica de
transporte de carga.
