Teachers and Students of Righteousness: Discursivities in Education.
Abstract
From the concept of juridical field as a discursive field, the author makes questions to teachers role in the process of teaching leaming in law; explains three levels of relations between law and language to be developed and studied by the professors in lawyers education:
Language as a way to "build" the individual and law language as a way to make a citizen.
Skills and dexterities of lawyers with the language.
Law language and social reality. Specific links.
