The post-conflict law.From jus in bello to jus post bellum.The case of Colombia
Abstract
Colombia is starting a new period of its history and its institutional life to walk the civilized path, which is contrary to the barbarism. The agreements with the spokesmen of FARC will mark the beginning of the end of the long stretch of more than sixty years during which the respect for the right to life has been lost, and at the same time has spread the culture of violence.Keywords
