Leyes de comportamiento de la deflexión admisible en pavimentos flexibles
Abstract
Se exponen las diferentes leyes de comportamiento
de la deflexión admisible de un modelo estructural de
pavimento flexible, que aparecen en el estado del arte
de la mecánica de pavimentos, la deflexión admisible
que puede soportar un modelo estructural de pavimento
flexible se determina en función del tránsito de diseño
o del número de repeticiones acumuladas de ejes
equivalentes de 8.2 toneladas que circularán por el carril
de diseño durante el periodo de diseño. El trabajo realizado
permite analizar el comportamiento de las
diferentes expresiones para el cálculo de la deflexión
admisible que debe soportar una estructura de pavimento
flexible y que es considerada como un criterio
de diseño, con el objeto de que las estructuras de
pavimento no presenten deflexiones exageradas que
las conduzcan rápidamente a la fatiga y, por consiguiente,
a la aparición de daños funcionales y estructurales.
Como resultado del análisis se obtuvo la definición
de las expresiones de cálculo que presentan un
comportamiento muy similar o una tendencia semejante.
