La UNIVERSIDAD PEDAGÓGICA Y TECNOLÓGICA DE COLOMBIA, UPTC, as responsible for the processing of personal data of its holders and in compliance with Article 10 of Decree 1377 of 2013, regulating the Statutory Law 1581 of 2012 reports: that prior to the issuance of the above regulations, the university has collected personal data of the holders, essential for the fulfillment of the institutional mission of teaching, research, and extension, and for this purpose has the Policy on the Processing of Personal Data, available at
