Call for papers Issue (2024). Literature and Digital Humanities and Artificial intelligence
2024-04-09
Guest Editor: Cristian Suárez-Giraldo, University of Salamanca
The question of the literary phenomenon is enriched by the new explorations of the digital. Classic terms in literary studies, such as creation, edition, reception, form and content, are revisited today from the perspective of innovation, generativism, patrimonial preservation and multimedia. It is in this irruption where the plurality of literatures meets the digital humanities, in a search for understanding the context and the tradition itself.
This special issue seeks to contribute to the current discussion around digital humanities as fields of research in literature in relation to artificial intelligence, the use of ChatGPT, assisted creation, humanities, cultural studies and the arts.
Topics:
- Digital publishing and new fields for literary exploration.
- Archiving, heritage and digital mediation as forms of literary exploration.
- Artificial Intelligence, use of ChatGPT and assisted creation in the arts and humanities.
- Digital humanities applied to art, humanities and cultural studies.
Deadline: September 30, 2024.
