Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. Work in word processing format (*.doc or *.docx).

  2.
  Authorization form in PDF.

  3. Figures and tables compressed document in a folder and numbered according to the appearance in the document.

Author Guidelines

The Journal only accepts unpublished papers, if a paper has been previously published in a journal, memoir, or any informative or scientific publication, it will not be considered. A translation is not considered article, nor those revisions or states of the art that do not contribute or innovate on the analyzed subject. The Journal will be able to remove any paper that does not comply with copyright and ethic codes.

Original works of research and innovation in the field of engineering are considered that result from a process of investigation, reflection or revision.

MANUSCRIPT FORMAT

The manuscript must be sent in Word format (.doc), and cannot exceed the maximum length of 10 letter-size page (recommended seven pages),  Please use a 10-point calibri Font.

Tables must be included in the manuscript, and original figures, photos, graphs, or any other visual material must be sent as format image (jpg, png, gif). In case a figure/photo/graph is copyrighted, please send all the  information to provide the corresponding credits, along with a letter from the material's owner or journal editor granting you reproduction permission.

Equations should be clear. The authors are advised to use equation editors 

References and citations should be under the style of IEEE, including DOI, for those who have it at the end of each reference.
