Characterization of the environment of the Industrial Design School of UPTC, a competitiveness tool

The knowledge of the environment of the School of Industrial Design of the Pedagogic and Technological University of Colombia would be decisive for the competitiveness and sustainability as well as for the relevance in the education given at the same school. The discovery registered in the current report constitutes a strategic tool. It discloses not only opportunities that would benefit the school, but also threats that should be avoided, both of them constitute a relevant information to achieve its goal.
