Abstract

In this article we analyze the term terrorism from its legal implication, versus the statements offered by the  to be a terrorist or to be a possible political offender? ¿What are the social and legal results to use one term or the other? ¿What definition we choose to face the reality of our context? Questions like these are intended to be answered after the next reading.
