This edition has dedicated the cover to Domingo Faustino Sarmiento. It also publishes a central article by Dr. Javier Ocampo entitled: "Domingo Faustino Sarmiento. The President of Argentina, School Teacher". In the Documentation, the "Inaugural speech of the Santa Rosa de San Juan School, which he made on July 9, 1839 and which he dedicated to the education of women" was selected. It is also accompanied by a chronology of Faustino Sarmiento prepared by Dr. Cristina Vera de Falsh. In short, homage is paid to an American who tried "to make the whole Argentine Republic a school".
