The present documentary analysis of knowledge transfer models, intends to interpret the characteristics that identify the Knowledge Creation Spiral of Nonaka and Takeuchi; the E-flow of Pedler, Burgoyne and Boybell; the Szulanski Knowledge Transfer Process; as well as the Common Knowledge Strengthening Model of Dixon, to determine the similarities and differences that characterize each one and that provide valuable information to generate a proposal of theoretical model of knowledge transfer, which facilitates studying this phenomenon in the Sinaloa companies.
