Systematic review about the ethics of organizations and the role of the organizational psychologist: a reference framework in Latin American countries

Abstract

The objective of this work was to identify the reference frameworks of ethics in organizations and the role of the organizational psychologist in Latin American countries in the period 2010-2021, based on the PRISMA-P protocol. The Psychology Database (ProQuest), Scielo and Dialnet databases were integrated with a conglomerate of 94 studies from which 26 articles that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected. Three inductive categories were identified, allowing to see the ethical practice, the transgression of ethics and the psychological implications that this can entail for the interest groups. As a conclusion, it is obtained that the study of ethics is transversal in organizations and society, thus being essential to understand it from its transgression, as well as the opportunity to encourage research in depth of the ethical aspects of the role of the psychologist in different economic contexts such as source of improvement in which to do professional.
