Percepciones de maestros de inglés en formación sobre el aprendizaje utilizando inteligencia artificial

Resumen
La reciente integración de la Inteligencia Artificial (IA) en el aprendizaje de idiomas ha despertado el interés de los estudiantes debido a que ofrece una enseñanza personalizada, una mejor evaluación e interacción en diferentes entornos. El objetivo de esta investigación es recolectar y analizar las percepciones, opiniones y puntos de vista de maestros de inglés en formación sobre el uso de la IA durante sus estudios. Además de señalar las aplicaciones de IA que utilizan los estudiantes, la finalidad de su uso y la influencia de estas herramientas en su proceso de aprendizaje. Esta investigación adoptó un enfoque de caso de métodos mixtos. La metodología cuantitativa utilizó un cuestionario estructurado, aplicándose a 104 estudiantes. En el enfoque cualitativo se aplicaron entrevistas semiestructuradas a ocho alumnos. Los resultados mostraron que la mayoría de los estudiantes tuvieron una experiencia positiva con las herramientas de IA. Los alumnos principalmente utilizaron una categoría de herramientas de IA para completar diferentes actividades. Sin embargo, externaron opiniones diferentes sobre cómo las herramientas de IA han influido en su proceso de aprendizaje, preocupaciones sobre la privacidad y la falta de directrices.
