Prática de Investigação e Observação com Aprimoramento de Vídeo (VEO) na Formação de Professores
Resumo
Este estudo examina a valorização de uma proposta de estágio investigativo por parte dementores de centros de estágio e tutores universitários, direcionada a alunos da Licenciatura em Ensino Básico, utilizando a ferramenta digital *Vídeo Enhance Observation* (VEO). Aintervenção foi implementada ao longo de um ano letivo na disciplina de estágio, comatividades estruturadas em seis fases baseadas no ciclo de investigação. Na fase final, o VEO foi utilizado para facilitar o processo de reflexão sobre a prática docente. O estudo contou com a participação de 61 alunos, 61 mentores e 5 tutores, e os dados foram obtidos por meio de questionários e grupos focais. Os resultados indicam que o estágio investigativo contribui para uma aprendizagem mais significativa, útil, motivadora e transformadora. O uso do VEO foi amplamente apreciado por favorecer uma interação mais objetiva, contextualizada e concisa entre alunos, mentores e tutores, aprimorando o feedback sobre a prática pedagógica. Conclui-se que o modelo de estágio investigativo promove o desenvolvimento profissional dos futuros professores, capacitando-os em competências de investigação e reflexão sobre sua própria atuação docente.
