Análisis de beneficios que perciben los estudiantes-docentes sobre la co-enseñanza dentro de un curso básico de inglés como lengua extranjera

Resumo

Ajustando-se aos tempos atuais, dois professores-pesquisadores da ÚNICA assumiram a tarefa de conceber uma estratégia colaborativa com o objetivo de dotar um grupo de 12 professores em formação de inglês básico com conhecimentos sobre co-ensino, consubstanciados em uma série de metodologias, habilidades, competências e contextos.

Esses benefícios de nível de conhecimento foram incluídos no ensino conjunto, que envolve dois ou mais educadores projetando, ensinando e avaliando parte ou toda a turma. Através de uma série de entrevistas e reflexões dos participantes, os pesquisadores descobriram que os futuros professores elogiaram o co-ensino como uma estratégia relevante em suas futuras aulas de idiomas para fomentar, por um lado, estratégias e recursos pedagógicos variados e, por outro. por outro lado, favorecendo a visualização de papéis co-docentes no futuro, o que está ligado à construção da sua identidade como futuros professores, o que constitui um aspecto do desenvolvimento profissional.

Além disso, os participantes atribuíram benefícios metacognitivos ao coensino relacionados a habilidades de autorregulação, autonomia e apreensão de seu aprendizado. Valorizaram que o feedback colegial implicava vantagens em diferentes aspetos da sua aprendizagem, impulsionadas pela qualidade, prontidão, personalização e praticidade dos comentários fornecidos pelos coeducadores.
